Electro-ToxicologyTM
Thorp Institute provides outstanding training in the Electro-toxicology discipline, including the care and use of the Electro-Acuscope system and the Myopulse system.
The Electro-toxicology discipline detoxifies the body via the use of micro-current applied directly to the energy pathways of the body. Thorp Institute is the exclusive provider for the advanced training in the Electro-Toxicology discipline.
Electro-ToxicologistTM
Once you have completed our advanced training, your certificate will state that you have completed over 1,000 hours and are certified as an Electro-toxicologist technician. Thorp Institute's advanced training certificate is ground breaking for this new medical treatment, a treatment that has been substantiated by the Nobel Prize.
Before X-ray machines were invented there were no X-ray technicians. Micro-current electro-Therapy is a new field and to properly identify well-trained technicians using these Class II medical devices, we have created a proprietary certification program that, once completed, permits graduates to use the designation “Electro-Toxicologist Technician.”

Below is an outline of the introductory training that comes with the purchase of these systems through the Thorp Institute.
The introductory training is a four-day intensive that goes into the theory with hands on application and course material. An exam is also given with this course.
We also offer in home or office trainings with one of our Thorp Tech trainers. Please Contact Us for details.
- Classes run 9 AM to 7:30 PM with a one hour lunch break

- Equine and Veterinary protocols may be covered depending on student interest.
- One thousand hours of S.O.A.P. Note documented treatments are required for final certification. Once Thorp Institute receives this documentation, your diploma will be sent to you. The 1,000 hours of hands-on application is required for certification and can be performed on friends, family or in a clinical atmosphere.
